Plans and limits
Your plan sets how many environments you can run and which options you get when you create one. A new account has no plan entitlements until a PolicyArc admin activates it. See Create your account.

Every environment starts on the Bronze SLA class. To move to Pro or Enterprise, contact us.
The instance slug is the label in your environment's address. On Free, the slug is random. On Pro and Enterprise you can set it in Instance slug (optional) when you create the environment, and you cannot rename it later.
Telemetry export sends your environment's traces and metrics to your own collector.
